Welcome to Oklahoma Palliative & Hospice Care
Oklahoma Palliative & Hospice Care is a community based organization dedicated to hospice and palliative care. We are focused on meeting or exceeding our patients’ individual medical, emotional and spiritual needs, while making each remaining moment as meaningful as possible.
-
Midwest Owned & Operated
We are Midwest owned and operated. Most hospices are owned by large national for profit corporations. We make decisions locally. Our people live in the community we support. Our leaders and owners are actively involved in the business and are all Midwest residents.
-
Hospice and Palliative Care
Oklahoma Palliative & Hospice Care is one of the oldest hospice providers in the State of Oklahoma with its approval to provide Medicare hospice services originating in 2004 and supporting counties throughout the Oklahoma City area – Click here for a list of serviced counties.
-
Medicare
While Medicare mandates the minimum services that hospice patients must receive, at Oklahoma Palliative & Hospice Care, we are committed to exceeding industry standards. We recognize that each patient’s life experiences and spiritual beliefs have created a unique individual who deserves the finest care and emotional support, while honoring and respecting their needs and wishes.
We accept Medicare payments at the same rate as non-profit hospices do and we lower Medicare’s expenses by caring for patients in their home.
-
Hospice Center
Of all the benefits available to our patients we believe the hospice benefit is the most misunderstood of them all. The benefits are incredible, the cost is negligible and yet the participation rate is low. We believe this is because of a fundamental misunderstanding of the program.
Hospice Care
At Oklahoma Palliative & Hospice Care our mission is to serve others. Patients near the end of their life, family members trying their best to support their loved ones, caregivers and professionals striving to provide the best care possible need assistance and we want to provide that assistance!
Palliative Care
The PEACE program is a free community service dedicated to supporting individuals who may require hospice care in the future. It provides ongoing follow-up for those who are either ineligible for hospice or not yet ready, focusing on their overall well-being and connecting them with essential services.
Medical Professionals
There are major differences in hospice relationships – let us help build one that benefits you and your patients. Our team has the programs and the procedures to make our relationship one that will be valued by you and your staff.

Testimonials
Definitely recommend. We have such amazing sweet ladies caring for our Gran. Not only do they have love and care for Gran, with me being her primary care giver, they give me the same love, care and concern of my wellbeing. They’re angels and I’m lucky/blessed to have them.
Unlike many hospices owned by large national for-profit corporations, we are locally owned and operated, making decisions right here in our community. Our team lives and works in the areas we serve, and it shows in our reviews. Families consistently praise our compassionate care, personalized support, and deep commitment to the communities we call home.
